In Angletano, the care and management of the ranch is entrusted to a foreman and a team of dedicated workers, who reside directly on site. There are houses specifically designated for the formean and his family, with a portion of the land reserved for self-production.
These homes not only provide comfortable accommodation close to the workplace, but also allow for more efficient and timely management of the ranch.
The constant presence of staff on site ensures that all ranch operations are managed with the utmost care and attention.
WATER
In Sansanito, water is an abundant and well-managed resource. It has five water wells between 150 and 400 meters deep, with a collection capacity of 5,000 litres per hour and a 35,000 litre water tank each.
ROADS
The current roads, more than 4 metres wide and made of beaten red earth, will soon be replaced with cobblestones to improve durability and strength. This intervention represents a significant advancement of Sansanito.
ELECTRICITY
In Sansanito, access to electricity is guaranteed in every corner of the property as the cables are buried underground.
Night lighting is a key element, with lights strategically placed around the houses to ensure visibility and safety even after dark.
The close proximity to natural waterfalls makes Angeltano a wonderful place for admiring nature at its finest.
From fences to seating to decorative objects, every piece of wood used on the ranch is carefully selected to ensure that it is of high quality, waterproof and durable.
